Biography:
Khuzani Nkosikhona Innocent Mpungose who is popularly known as Khuzani for short, a talented South African Maskandi music artist also called the king of Maskandi music. He comes from Nkandla in the culturally rich province of KwaZulu-Natal Province of South Africa. He is a diversified career man who is not just a not just a musician but also a business man, event planner and a producer.
Age & Early Life:
Khuzani Nkosikhona Innocent Mpungose was born on December 3, 1989 making him 33 years as of this year 2024. Growing up in this vibrant and culturally rich region, Khuzani was deeply influenced by the traditional sounds and rhythms of his homeland. Nkandla, known for its strong cultural heritage, played a significant role in shaping his musical interests and aspirations.
Khuzani completed his high school education at Sibhakabhaka High School, graduating in 2009. His time at Sibhakabhaka High School was marked by his dedication to his studies and his growing passion for music. The experiences and knowledge gained during these formative years contributed to his development as a prominent maskandi artist, laying the foundation for his successful career in the South African music industry.
Career:
Khuzani, started his music career in the early 2000s. He began singing in school choirs and later joined a local Maskandi group, where he honed his skills and developed his unique style. In the early 2000s, Khuzani started performing at local events and festivals, gaining popularity and recognition in the Maskandi music scene. He eventually landed a record deal with a local label, which enabled him to release his debut album.
